Market Salamander Palm Beach hosts' guest chefs, cookbook authors and experts in food, entertaining, lifestyle and nutrition in an on-going series of cooking demonstrations and classes, beer and wine tastings and food pairings. During peak lunch and dinner hours, market-goers engage in chef demonstrations as they prepare daily specials from the open display kitchen.
The dramatic, open display kitchen, crowned with original wood-beams, is the Market's heart and soul and acts as a central focal point. This unique culinary design allows the Chefs to interact with guests, offering personal service, tricks of the trade and direct access to what are typically "behind-the-scenes" preparations.
During evening hours the seating is transformed into a state of the art "culinary theatre" supported by a video and audio system with fifty-inch plasma monitors for maximum viewing.
