At Market Salamander we recognize the correlation between healthy eating habits and wellness. That is why our Chefs and staff are dedicated to the following standards:

Promotion of local, seasonal and sustainable food products. Wholesome preparation of foods without the use of hydrogenated or tropical oils. We will not knowingly use irradiated or genetically engineered ingredients. Utilization of environmentally friendly practices and packaging whenever possible.
